Conrad

Mild, grey and wet day. Even up here it was mostly rain today. Did some long overdue shopping in the morning with a stop at Café Klatsch for one of the famous "Cremeschnitte" (cake with layers of vanilla cream). Late lunch at home (white fish from Valais with fennel, aubergines and small sepia). Non-stop rain provided enough reason to take an (unusual) nap in the afternoon first before finally walking to Sertig Dorf at 0430pm.

On the way back we went to the neighboring farm owned by family Conrad (blip) to stock up on home made cheese, dry meet, soups, vinegar and sirup from their farm shop.
