Fancy a dip?

The Dippers were really active this afternoon, jumping in and out of the river, dragging out bits of weed and consuming large worms or larvae. There is a fair amount of open water at the moment, but it can get reduced to just a few tiny holes to get into from which they can then work under the ice.
