Have Fire Pit...Will Roast Large Piece of Meat!

Sorry to all the vegans out there but I am grateful to my sons especially J the middle son for this wonderful addition to our culinary arsenal. A while ago we watched a really interesting chef documentary based in Patagonia where the famous chef in question focused almost entirely on down to earth basic cooking methods, the main one of which consisted of burning coals in a fire pit - inspired by this I mentioned I would love to have a go - this was the result!
