Daffodil Day

Today in New Zealand we had Daffodil Day,this is a fund raising venture for the Cancer Society. Marie lost her Mum to cancer and I lost a work Colleague to Cancer. The work the Cancer Society do, is fantastic and a worthy cause. As I did a Daffodil image on Sunday in Memory of my Mum and a tribute to Neil Armstrong I did this flower shot in a garden on the side of the road. People must have thaught I was nuts lying on the ground with my tripod as low as I could get it and looking through the view finder making photos,well I enjoyed it and I find it rewarding and satisfying. Today I realy felt all those hours I worked last week and am so pleased I have the weekend off. Early to bed tonight for me.
