Heron

Today is the last full day of our long weekend getaway. While we are having breakfast a bald eagle flies by the window, then back the other direction. I continue eating, (my mom says I have too many bald eagle photos....is that even possible?) he flies by again. It isn't raining very hard so husband and I decide to go out for a hike. We have water proof coats and hiking boots and a rain coat for the camera. We hike for most of the morning, nice hike but no big views or wildlife. Back to condo for lunch, during which the bald eagle flies by several times. I think he wants to be my blip of the day. Now it is raining harder so back into rain gear and out I go. I did get several shots of the eagle but really liked my Heron shot. Also took a shot of a kingfisher that is in extra photos. I do not have a computer with me so I transferred to the phone, cropped and uploaded.
