Feather

I went down to the Figgate Park in search of the king fisher that is resident in the park.  I did not find it probably because I am not patient, disciplined or interested enough for wild life photography, but I found something else the fascinated me so much more.  This simple white feather floating and being blown around on the surface of the water.  I took so many shots of it.  I love the simplicity and contrast of this image as well as the textures and reflections.   I am glad I didn't find the king fisher because I have gotten an image that is unique.
