What is it? (2)

This display is part of a collection from Keswick Museum which is to be used for an activity in the summer months. I can tell you that they were all connected with the sort of kitchens used by our grandmothers ( or great grandmothers in some cases!) However I can't tell you what they are until I find out myself - and that won't be for a day or two!
