Post for rocky

Still feeling a bit off but not as bad so hopefully tomorrow I will be up and at it

I did mange to take rocky out just down the road but that did me you do not know how much it takes it out of you and as I am on steroids for my Addison disease in gave to be careful as if I do not double up on them in could end up in hospital very ill but lucky with colds I have had it has not happened

When we went to see about the post rocky got a surprise tesco's had sent out free sample dental stick and some coupons to get some money off some more treats so rocky said thank you tesco's
