Birthday time!

So this year's cake for Katie is a Pina Colada Cake, complete with a Pina Colada!
The cake itself has four layers with a touch of white rum, filled with pineapple curd and decorated with coconut buttercream. The 'practice' cake I made a couple of weeks ago tasted great, so I'm hoping this one will too, once we cut it later. The pina colada itself has already been drunk :)
