beautiful blue in the garden.....

A day at home today, sun shining, but very cool(cold) wind. Did all usual mundane things- washing etc, then did the usual tour of the garden with my camera. My proper camera got accidentally left in my daughter's car. I have felt like I am missing a hand!!!!!! I have a small point n shoot so have had to make do until weekend. I found my first iris- iris stylosa- a beautiful blue non bearded variety. Grows with fine strappy soft leaves. Quite lovely in the nearly spring (tomorrow) garden!!! Enjoy....
