Sunday Jaunts

Went to a wee comic-con with Eva. It was amusing, we met Chewy and a few of his pals as well as some others we cluelessly wondered about. Then a meandering walk from meadowbank round the side of Waverley station to the Parliament, onto the Grassmarket. Don't think I'd ever walked that way so it felt like a nice find. Next stop a vegan cafe we wanted to try. It didn't disappoint. Stuffed we managed to get up the Vennel to see the view of the castle from that angle.
A pretty chilled rest of the day. Printed some photos and bought daffodils.
Felt refreshed as well as pleased I have another day off!
