Dropped the boys and their bags of kit back to her; then to town to pick her up. And Monika (who dropped at international departures en passant) and then dropped her and G at a cafe in central Falkirk to meet her mum for breakfast / shopping. I carried on further up the road for yet another date with box packing and book sifting.
My older brother also appeared with his wife and twa dugs; we had soup and home made rolls for lunch whilst we were regaled with the story of the dog that run out of the neighbours' house and sank it's teeth into Maw's shin.
After lunch the owners of said dog came with flowers, apology and an offer of financial remuneration (they're house sitters from Oregon and presumably fearful of litigation)
Then as evening came, I headed back down the M9; to hers; for an evening of peace, tikka masala, a hot smoked salmon and pear and parmesan salad and I forget dessert by the time we got there. I was tired. And rather squiffy.
