Brrrr

We all piled over to Crystal Palace Park for some balance biking and an ice cream.  There's 3 extra shots attached.  It got messy!

It's been a lovely day.  Definitely going to have to work very hard over the next few days to balance out all of the naughty treats I have been having.  6 weeks of being good and then a weekend of complete, no holds barred, food naughtiness.
