Mix of emotions today.

Talk to my better half about both of our next steps, still struggling to see through the fog. Hate that my mood impacts on my family, something needs to change.

On the other side of things I went for a bit of an all dayer with the boys to watch the football, great day, immensely proud of a team of true professionals.
