Scampi and Chips

After an almost sleepless night brought about by an much too active mind I had a day of non achievement, being too tiered and irritable to function properly. So it was just as well I spent most of the day alone with only myself to be irritable with. But all was not lost as I spent a pleasant early evening with my wife ambling alone Eastbourne seafront. We treated ourselves to scampi and chips on the walk back to the car, all irritableness soothed away by sea air, light rain and chips.
