Bolton Abbey

A 12 km run on the treadmill first thing, a snatched slice of toast for breakfast and then a drive over to Bolton Abbey for a gathering of the clan.

After some lunch it was off again on a 6-mile walk around the Bolton Abbey  estate.

This weekend my Fitbit step total currently stands at 45,432 with distance covered showing as 38.61 km (24 miles). I am now sat in the chair relaxing with a large glass of red wine.
