Ratho

I went for a long, wet, muddy run in the hills above Nine Mile Burn on a very dull morning: it was hard work, but I was moving well in the conditions. Then, after lunch, I took our visitor and Miss K climbing at the EICA at Ratho. It's hard to do it justice in photos, and we weren't on anything like as steep - unlike the impressive guy in the extra!
