The promise of another good day, so up early to get the washing done and hung outside, what a treat. Grandparents arrived for cuppas and chat, and Harry arrived home from his bike ride to join in too. Then I had time to prune a couple of shrubs before going to visit my Dad and do the usual chores there and have a bit of lunch with him before going to see Mum in the care home. As the photo shows, this afternoon was a good one for her, she was quite smiley and we all enjoyed the afternoon Victoria sponge and tea. She did not get sad when we left which was a positive.
Home and there was still a little bit of light left in the day so I did a bit more in the garden.
