To Be Without You

Up early and straight out for my long run, which wasn't great - think that the massage yesterday was still working on the muscles. 
Took wifey out to lunch and then had a fun walk in the sunshine with Léo. Here's yet another view of lake and mountains 

And then came back to watch Spurs win. :-)
