Lovely day for a walk

and so we went out to 'recce' one that I'm due to lead for the Ramblers at the end of the month. Along the banks of the lovely River Almond to Cramond - see extra photo. Unfortunately halfway along the route the path is closed because the salvesen steps are collapsing. So back to base and maps out to find an alternative walk from the same start point. Still, this is exactly why we do walk recces!
