Gardener's World Re-visited

And so, it's time again to cast an eye over the post-winter gardens, to assess the damage and plan the colourful times to come. If you go Large, you may notice the garden elf, across the garden from the pond, pondering. And in the pond, the fish are hopeful of me feeding them again, now it's warmer.

I got out earlier and cut the edge of the grass round the 4x2m middle bed, and dug out some of the more invasive moss. Of course, I then found we had no grass seed. But overall the back garden has weathered the cold quite well.

I take one of these each month (so this one is February '17) to give an idea of the garden through the year. It helps when you know what summer looked like last year, when all the stuff came up in the wrong place in the wrong colours! Maybe this year...
