The only way is up

Ok - so I didn't take this picture, but I asked GravyC to take it on my phone so that I could be in it. I hope I will be excused.

Last week, rather impulsively, I decided to enter Tunbridge Wells Half marathon. I've been 'hibernating' since Noo was born - although I've had the odd outing:



It has become a bit of an issue, and the thought of racing started to send me into a blind panic. So, I thought the time had come to face my fears, even if I'm not race fit. I knew the last 3 miles or so would hurt as I'm a bit short on mileage, but I finished. Gill and Gwyn kindly let me tag along with them - they are doing a half marathon a month this year. Two down - ten to go
