At Greenmow

It rained for most of the morning, brighter in the afternoon but windy, and then showers again by teatime. 

I had a lazy morning around the houses, due to the rain, Sammy didn't even want to go out long in it.  Me and Sammy got out for a walk just before lunchtime.  We headed down to mam's in the afternoon, and walked to the History Hut and back, and did some research while we were there.  It's a quiet night at home now. 

On my way to mam's, I drove to Greenmow for a look, and a brisk walk with Sammy. Shame to see this old house getting worse each year, sure it could still be saved.  I used to enjoy going to visit the old lady Katie, she used to give us sweeties as bairns.  Must be empty for almost 30 years now.  Taken at Greenmow, Cunningsburgh.
