This amazing man, having said recently that his training hadn't been up to scratch, went out today in the Birmingham Indoor Grand Prix 2017...
He not only won the 5,000 metres - he smashed the €uropean record!

We've only just seen the back of St. Valentine & his ghastly bright red chocolate boxes - now we've got until the 16th. April to resist a bombardment of bunnies & a proliferation of eggs...
