Serenity

A fascinating morning, going with a friend to an Essential Oils Workshop. I've always been interested in various oils and it was intriguing to hear an expert describing what the different oils can be used for, and how. It seems that their uses are far more wide reaching than I had ever thought. My favourite blend of oils was Serenity.

This evening I went to a fun surprise joint birthday party, arranged for one of our Girl Friday's members, and her sister. Such a happy momentous occasion.
