Truffles

I have lost my baking mojo and after a few disasters was worried about doing any more. I decided to try truffles (I know this is not technically baking but I wanted to ease myself in).
Well the 1st attempt was awful the mixture split. Normally at this point I would give up but I was determined to enjoy baking again so I had another go.
This time after a bit of internet research (thanks Google for telling me to add the chocolate to the cream mixture not the other way around) I had success! 
And although shop bought truffles would have been a lot cheaper I am proud of myself for not giving up and as you can see some have been eaten so they can't be that bad.
