Rehydrate

Johnny spent the day digging up potatoes from the tunnel - and removing docks with a crowbar. Some more prep will be needed, but it's almost ready to be laid out and planted up.

I took Angus into Edinburgh for his first ju jitsu session with the adults. I passed the time by being shocked by Waitrose prices and then visiting Gilbert in Stockbridge. He drank Caol Ila, I sipped liquorice tea.

Angus sunk a bottle of juice on the way home and dozed listening to early Soft Machine. Back in the house he loaded up on liquids and fast carbs: milk, tea, choccy digestives. We discussed dunking techniques.
