The lone beauty

Here's my favourite rose, Graham Thomas. I've blipped it before several times. Decided to get the light tent out and do him proud today.  

It continues to rain and this is getting the fires on the hills under control. I hope the Firefighters and the other services involved get a well deserved rest.  Soon it will be time to count the cost and there is finger-pointing going on already. It is critical to learn from such events so as to avoid them or manage them better next time.
