Orrest Head

Sorted so many things this morning, My sisters cats blood results came back and he's diabetic! Mum and Dad went into work at lunchtime for a quick lesson in how to inject his insulin.  We tidied up ready for my in laws arriving (it's their house we're staying in) and then went off to Windermere for some info for Indias project. I havent been up Orrest Head since i went to watch the sunset with some friends and then realised as we admired the setting sun that it was also now pitch black for the way down, got lost and ended up in a field of mud up to our knees. This was a much easier ascent and descent with beautiful views.  India especially appreciated the view. Arrived back in time 2 minutes before restaurant reservation and all changed super fast plus i had some rye and caraway dough to set on its next stage. Really good dinner, Mark got here in the nick of time too! The brown sugar tart was in my top 10 fave desserts.
