Carvings

My walk to the charity office on Fridays takes me past the metal flood gates which were built next to the Water of Leith last year. Today I found that they've been decorated with carved wooden panels. This one with swans and another with a heron. A big improvement. I don't know the work of the poet behind the quote, so must look him up.
