Rehab continues - less motivated because emotionally drained after a hard day at work.

Made myself get on the rowing machine tonight and managed a slow low stroke rate 7k and was pleased to finish that target.

This is a lovely dark old english porter type beer, using chocolate and crystal malts, challenger and Golding hops, with a delicious full bodied taste. Get some if you can!
