Sleeping Beauty....

So, today I eventually dragged myself out of bed at 2pm, and decided to get some fresh air for a while.....what is it about being sad and down and the need to stay in bed????.....maybe it's the safety factor???
Anyway, so I went and sat on the promenade in Broughtyferry.....I was recalling the last time I was there, a few weeks ago with my beloved Bru.....my, how this time was the polar opposite....I miss her...especially today!!!
I sat looking out across te river Tay, and saw the swans....don't worry, this darling wasn't alone, as it's life partner was a few yards away...maybe just letting her/him sleep....I in fact was the only one alone!!!
Things as I said yesterday are a bit tough, and I'm finding it very hard to keep my spirits up.
I'm heartbroken, I'm aching, and I'm sad....miserable in fact... but am trying to keep going.....After all, we must pick ourselves up, brush ourselves off, and Smile...xxx
