I was snapping a shop on my bike for the very first time after taking it out for a little try. It was quite uncomfortable to start with because of the compression of the knee joint, so I called into the bike shop to ask them if they might be able to help me get it set up to be a little more comfortable. This helped quite a lot, so I expect I'll be using the bike a bit this week, to rebuild my stamina.
