Beautiful morning after a slight frost and there was mist hanging over the river - but not a good place to photo it.
After my treatment I met my friend and we had a walk and a chat and late morning I spent some time in the garden, pruning and weeding.
The crocuses have finally come out and the are 2 large areas of lilac with a few darker purple, white and yellow ones (see extras). There were also a couple of bumble bees enjoying them, Spring must be on its way.
Fairly last afternoon but taking a group running in the park by torchlight soon.
