Frost!

Another foggy day, around zero degrees. On our daily walk I trained myselves taking photos using macro. Many nice motives since the nature was covered by ice.
I have also had an hour of healing at Åros, it felt good and relaxing while beeing there, for afterwards I felt a little sick and got an headache. Probably she touched something.
