Cave art?

I quite like this sort of thing, though I know not all of you do. This painting is on a clapped out bit of fencing round a site that hasn't contained a building for about fifteen years. Is it art? I don't know. I think it is probably a craft, in that templates and styles are being followed. If we can look at a wooden box, and say, 'that's nice,' we can do the same with this. 'Well, it's alright in its place,' says a tax payer. No. If someone told me my music was 'alright in it's place,' I'd shake my head and walk away.
