From a distance

All I took today was this frankly not very interesting phone shot of the health club reflected in the lake as I drove home after aquamit this evening. Two other ladies in the group told the instructor at the end that they'd consumed Prosecco beforehand, which might explain their exuberance. Maybe I'll give it a try next week.

In other news, I'm pleased to report that my cold is all but gone now.
