We actually only had two. A pint of very nice Breakspears and a pint of Adnams Broadside. And some typical Top Gun conversation covering history, Brexit, and healthy eating.

Great to FaceTime The Dizzle in Australia this morning - looks well. Bronzed and healthy.

Met an old colleague (how often do I say that?) in a neighbouring organisation today - he has got a local interim job for a few months and we had a catch up as we may be doing some work together. Amazing how far we go back and how many mutual acquaintances we have. He retired from full time NHS work last December and we worked out that his last job was in the very same office in a South London Hospital where I had one of my first jobs in the mid 1980s!

Spring is in the air. Felt nice today.
