Hang Out The Bunting

I'm on holiday*.

A funny old day, trying and failing to get lots of things done before breaking up for half term. I don't know why our half term has been a week later this year, I reckon some admin error was made at local authority level and no-one noticed until too late. My social media feed has been full of photos of friends on exotic holidays all week.

I had feedback on my lesson observation from yesterday (how times have changed, just realised I didn't even mention I was observed yesterday) and it was really positive, apparently my questioning was really excellent compared to last time she saw me...Last time she saw me I was miserable and full of cold.. Lesson learned? Be crap time one, then what you usually do seems brilliant on time two.

In other news, Ben is poorly, he went to a mate's house from school and has just been delivered home after throwing up and complaining of a headache. He's asleep on the sofa next to me as I type. I think it's most likely dehydration.
