Wee Beastie

Whilst away visiting the puppy my parents for a few days, these wee beasties have moved in and helped themselves to my spinach.

Now I will never have arms like Popeye.

For the good people of Essex, I would like to point out that this is a caterpillar, not a King Cobra snake. ;-)

In other excting news...

My suspicion that the 1st Mrs Mart is trying to poison me grows.

Whilst relaxing after the long drive home, Mrs Mart offers me the last uneaten cheese roll she had made for the journey. (We always like to carry provisions - you never know if you are going to drive in to a snow drift and have to sleep the night in the car.)

After my late afternoon snoozie siesta she enquired after my health. It appears that the cheese roll was one she had made for the journey there, and not the journey back.

It was a good job that we had only gone for 4 days, and not 4 weeks!!
