Raindrop

I did some specific exercises yesterday evening to try and relieve the vertigo but ended up in bed with the room spinning and feeling extremely sick.  Fortunately I have some tablets to take when it's bad so resorted to a couple and slept for twelve hours.

Still feeling weird but life goes on and I've had a walk and done a bit of gardening.  It's wonderfully spring-like out there and the conservatory was positively hot this morning.  I even found JJ's Stanley knife in the border behind the greenhouse but have no idea how it got there.  The last time he remembers using it was in the garage.  Anyway the blade's rusty.
