The Malt

As I had a couple of errands to do in the village this morning I decided to go for a bit of a wander first.  Crossing the old bridge over Harden Beck I decided to photograph one of our village pubs.  This one is on the edge of the village and is now known as The Malt (previously The Malt Shovel).  Supposed to have been built in around 1550 so if walls could talk....!  It isn't my local, but apparently is much improved recently so might be worth a visit!
