I'm Sure It's Just Because He Likes Me

Mrs. ATB and I took sandwiches over to The Marshwalk so we could enjoy the view along with our lunch.
It didn't take long for "Mullet" the owner and  head security for The Mullet Hut to come over and interrogate, uh I mean, greet us.
I know the meaning of an outstretched paw when I see it and apparently a bribe was being solicited.
After I slipped Agent Mullet a few pieces of ham from my grilled ham and swiss, and after whiskers were appropriately licked, we were allowed to continue to enjoy our meal in peace.
This might seem like Mullet only loves me for my ham, but in reality I'm sure he thinks we are close pals. That must be it right?
