Aldeburgh

Family day out to the beach, needed a lot of planning as only one of the four of us was actually on holiday this half term.

We are very far from any beach here in Cambridgeshire but the effort is always worth it.  We were even lucky with the weather which was at times, warm and sunny.

We did the usual, lots of walking (though the pebbles are much harder work than sand) fish and chips overlooking the sea, ice cream and lots of photography.

Jess settled for walking on the wall so she could keep an eye on everything.  It doesn't seem that long ago we were holding the hand of one of the children...
