The Mansion House

 
We often walk past the Mansion House, the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Bristol , set in the heart of prestigious Clifton. We look through its gateway, like peasants being humble, and speculate on the going on within its walls. It was gifted to Bristol Council in 1874 and  integrates the romance and grandeur of the Victorian era with the luxury and service you would expect. However since 1990 it has been  licenced for weddings and public functions so we speculate no longer. Thank you google.
