Survivors

I should have taken pictures this morning when the sun was shining and I was happily hacking away in the garden.

When I did remember, we were back to dingy and dismal, my camera battery ran out after three shots, and I couldn't find the spare. 

So the aconites are all I have to show for today. Looking a little weather-beaten, but still surviving. They don't thrive here, but a few manage to reappear each year.
