Morning Glow

I was out to see the sun rise, shame about the cold wind.  Oh well, what else do you expect - it is summer!!!  The mountain is The Peninsula.

I went to have a game or two of croquet about 28 of us there today.  The cold wind was still blowing, so we were pleased when we went indoors for a cuppa.  After morning tea it wasn't too bad weather wise.  We had some interesting games! 

I walked along the lake this afternoon, where they were setting up the transition areas for the big races on Friday and Saturday : The Wanaka Challenge Iron Man.  Friday is the Junior Challenge, and little 'h' will be taking part in that race.  Granny will be there to cheer her on.!
