Return of the Great Tit

Last blipped here.

For the second time in the space of three weeks I have pulled something in the small of my back. I stood up and WHAM! that was it. Can't sit; can't bend; hurts to walk. I can stand for limited periods and lie flat on my back with a judiciously placed hot water bottle. So here's a great tit, snapped through the kitchen window. It's the best I can manage today.
