Vorsprung to Vectra

Off to the heelands for New Year on Wednesday, and entered into a car swap with my bro. Swapping my hot hatch Audi A3 for a very sensible Vauxhall Vectra - with a massive boot (but thankfully not big enough for a nurse to fit in).

The Vectra drives well, and is being used for both its admirable power and general largeness. The Audi A3 2.0 TDi, as we all know, is built for use on German Autobahns in Spring, and with its super toit torque would be almost like a deathtrap on icy roads in the highlands. Safety first.

Looking forward to the drive north, as long as I don't have any of James's appalling music, and only have Jacob's top sense of humour to listen to (plus some of my own dinosaur rock).
