Texture

This looks like it was taken indoors but it was actually taken outside in the garden.  It is a detail of Crocosmia "Lucifer" and shows the leftover dead growth from last year which was partly cut back but not completely.  I was volunteering again today and it was light enough when I got home to go and have a look round the garden for a blip.
